Reports have revealed that the Chinese gaming smartphones giant has fixed March 30 for the unveiling of the Black Shark 5 series.
According to reports, the Black Shark 5 series will probably include the Black Shark 5, the Black Shark RS, and the Black Shark 5 Pro which all will be unveiled during launch conference at 7 pm (India local time) on March 30.
Two Black Shark models were discovered in the TENAA certification database in February, with a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ display, an in-screen fingerprint scanner, up to 16 GB of RAM, up to 512 GB of storage, a 3 GHz octa-core processor, and a 4,650mAh (rated value) battery were all shown on the KTUS-A0 model.
In addition, a 13-megapixel front camera and a 108-megapixel triple camera unit could be featured in the upcoming smartphone. The device’s 3C certification hints that it could enable 120W rapid charging.
A 3.2GHz octa-core processor, up to 12 GB of RAM, up to 256 GB of storage, and a 64-megapixel triple camera unit were all shown in the PAR-A0 model. The rest of the PAR-specifications A0’s were determined to be identical to those of the KTUS-A0 model. The KTUS-A0 and PAR-A0 models were previously rumored to be introduced as the Black Shark 5 Pro and Black Shark 5, respectively.
WHY LAB posted a screenshot today claiming that the Realme GT Neo3, Black Shark 5 Pro, and Black Shark 5 RS smartphones are compatible with the “Hone of Kings” game’s ultra-high frame rate options. The Black Shark 5 RS is a new model that has yet to be seen.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor is expected to power the Black Shark 5 Pro, which will sport an Octa-core (1×2.84 GHz Kryo 585 & 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 585 & 4×1.8 GHz Kryo 585) CPU and Adreno 650 GPU. The other type might be powered by any of the Snapdragon 8-series processors.
In terms of camera, the upcoming smartphones is expected to have a 64 MP, f/1.8, 26mm (wide), 1/1.72″, 0.8m, PDAF 13 MP, f/2.3, (ultrawide) 5 MP, f/2.2, (depth) back camera and a 20 MP, f/2.2, (wide), 1/3″, 0.9m front camera. LED flash, HDR, and panorama will be among the camera’s other capabilities.
Edge and GPRS will be included in the future smartphone’s connectivity. For the 2g, there are a variety of network options: SIM 1 & SIM 2 CDMA 800 & TD-SCDMA. The Black Shark 4 Pro is a high-end gaming smartphone equipped with the latest Snapdragon 888 in SoC. The advancement of SoCs is rapid, but in a good way; dead high-end SoCs can be expected to function reliably, thus it appears that many gamers choose this one.
